❤️ This Guy ❤️ 🤱🏻I haven’t talked about it a ton but will continue to as I figure it out, however some of you know I’ve really struggled with anxiety since Ford arrived. 🧘🏻‍♀️ I took my first hot power yoga class this week since I was a few months pregnant. 🤰🏻Yoga in the heat and with that intensity was actually tough for me in pregnancy however working out in other ways felt great. It’s been 2 months since Ford entered the world and thus 2 months since I’ve done any sort of real workout besides a LOT of walking. 🤸🏻‍♀️Anywho, I had to modify most things and I realized I’m a LONG way from being able to do so much that I used to do or enjoy in yoga, and I sort of imagine that it will never quite be the same. 🤱🏻 Im 9 plus weeks postpartum and I’ve only made dinner twice, the evening time nap struggle is real friends. 👩🏻‍🍳 It’s something that I wish I was able to do - 1) because I enjoy it 2) I want to be able to give that to my little family 3) I’m so sick of eating dinner out BUT we just aren’t there yet. 🍴 So instead I try really hard for breakfast, lunch and snacks to be homemade and healthful.
